The Vita-II printer range provides high performance and advanced features in a compact, affordable 4" wide desktop design. The range includes models with print resolutions of 200, 300 and 600dpi. For direct thermal printing, special 200 and 300dpi models are available with printheads designed to give long life when used with thermal materials.

Options include cutter, label dispenser and a special rewinder module purpose-designed to integrate with the Vita printer. For maximum flexibility, both labels and ribbons can be either outside or inside wound.

USB, Ethermet, serial and parallel interfaces are included as standard. A wireless LAN interface is available as an option.

Vita printers are ready for use in stand-alone mode (with no PC connected) courtesy of two USB ports included as standard for use with a memory stick and keyboard. Label designs may then be downloaded to the memory stick and selected for printing using the USB keyboard and large LCD display on the front of the printer. Any variable data such as batch code or operator ID can be entered using the keyboard and display. Real time data such as time, date and expiry dates can be printed in stand-alone mode.
