The AREX series includes 10, 20 and 30W pulsed fibre laser coders all featuring ultra-compact marking heads. Most plastics and metals can be marked whilst stationary or moving including: The marking head measures only 300 x 112 x 90mm allowing easy integration into most production lines. The marking head's IP54 rating makes it suitable for use in harsh environments at temperatures up to 50 degrees C. The choice of 10, 20 and 30W models ensures there is an AREX model to suit most applications and throughput requirements. A choice of 181 or 290mm working length lenses is available with marking areas of 100 x 100mm and 140 x 140mm respectively. A visilble LED marking area indicator is included as standard making it easy to set up marking on product changeovers. Datalogic Lighter Suite software provides a powerful yet easy to use editor for creating marking images. Text, graphics, barcodes and 2D codes can be included in marking messages. Graphics can be included as vector (outline) or raster (bitmap) depending on the required result.
