Modular Label Applicator Series

The Collamat 3600 series contains models for applying labels up to 95mm and 160mm wide in both right and left-hand configurations.The modular design allows a choice of the following applicator modules to build a system to meet a wide variety of application requirements:

▪ Fixed beak applicator with spring-loaded pinch roller

▪ Fixed applicator

▪ Electromagnetically operated flap applicator for labelling in recessed areas

▪ Blow-applicator for labelling fragile items

▪ Tamp applicator for high precision labelling

 

For print-and-apply applications, a thermal transfer coder or print engine can be built into the system either when intially installed or at a later date.

If the applicator is installed in an inaccessible position then a remote control panel can be used to allow easy access to label sensor sensitivity, predispense position and speed controls.

Options are also available for sensing web break and low label conditions with contrtol output and warning beacon connections.
